My story
I'm so excited to be running the Lewa Safari Half Marathon in Kenya with 15 of my colleagues from BlackRock! I’ve never run a half marathon but this was a once in a lifetime opportunity!
We are raising funds for Tusk to support a wide range of conservation projects across Kenya and local communities in Lewa.
- Tusk partners with 75 projects across 26 countries in Africa
- Tusk has invested over $130 million since founded in direct conservation activity
- Over 40 threatened species benefit from Tusk's projects
- Tusk supports partners who cover more than 50 million hectares of wild ecosystems, including vital freshwater and coastal marine habitats
- More than 10 million people in Africa benefit from Tusk's work
