Kim is running the Lewa Safari Half Marathon!
Please support me as I run the Lewa Safari Half Marathon, raising vital funds for Tusk and my Maasai family!
My story
During my trip to Kenya this year, I am taking part in the Lewa Safari Marathon weekend on 27th June 2026 to help raise vital funds for Tusk to support a wide range of conservation projects across Kenya, including Maa Trust.
As most of you know, I am extremely vested in the Maasai community in Kenya and will be spending a weekend participating in projects and running to support Tusk and it’s foundation.
I have chosen to support Tusk because:
- Tusk partners with 75 projects across 26 countries across Africa
- Tusk has invested over £130 million since founded, in direct conservation activity
- Over 40 threatened species benefit from Tusk's projects
- Tusk supports partners who cover more than 50 million hectares of wild ecosystems, including vital freshwater and coastal marine habitats
- more than 10million + people benefit from Tusk's work
- And, who doesn’t want to run in the Safari in Kenya
